Back by popular demand: a second "round-robin" on the Adirondacks. Last year we had several programs promoting our wonderful NYS playground. Some of you mentioned, however, that the first program with 8 leaders, 8 tables, and 8 minutes per session was too short a time period to absorb all the information offered.

Consequently, we are offering a second program with 4 leaders, 4 tables, and 15 minutes per table. The leaders are: Teresa Corrigan, Ken Martin, Cheryl Peluso, and Bob Van Hise.

One purpose is to make it easy to reach an Adirondack destination from the moment you hit the Thruway or a major route. Not only will there be maps, but the leaders will offer information on campsites, bed and breakfasts, places to eat, grocery stores to shop, recreation facilities available, rental stores with equipment, and trail routes, for example.

So do attend our next program, be prepared to plan your very own trip, and do not hesitate to take the first step! We extend a special invitation to our new University of Buffalo members.
